Rooted in the long legacy of liberatory education, Chicago Freedom School (CFS) provides education and leadership development for young people and adult allies to create a just world.

Our Work

Since 2018, Emilia has sustained a meaningful partnership with CFS, supporting staff with training curriculum, grant writing and youth development. In 2019 Emilia & Tony (CFS’ Executive Director) partnered with a youth leader to facilitate a Gender Inclusivity training for the Surge Institute.
