Our team comes to this work with a love of learning and a history of serving young people and community educators. We bring a passion for story telling and a commitment to nurturing authentic relationships with partners who are willing to grow and expand.
Our approach is grounded in antiracist values, rooted in lived experiences, and committed to transforming the communities we serve. We seek to hold institutions and community partners accountable to shared goals and expectations.
Our approach
We specialize in facilitating intergroup dialogue, designing responsive curriculum, delivering interactive professional development, and implementing curated strategies for organizational change.
Since 2016, CCG has partnered with non-profit organizations, institutions of higher education, school districts, and corporations to create curriculum, implement evaluation frameworks, and transform institutional policies. Projects vary by need & scope, but we handle the challenges every step of the way — here are areas we can help.

We have multiple models of engagement: we can work directly with individuals for private engagements, partner with leaders on organizational endeavors, or simply be involved in the planning process.
