AMPT: Advancing Nonprofits is committed to strengthening the organizational health and support long-term development of small nonprofits on Chicago’s west and south sides while prioritizing Black- and Latine-led community organizations.

Our Work

In 2022, the CCG team led AMPT leadership through a responsive evaluation design, grounded in anti-racist principles. Over a 6 month period we collaborated with the AMPT team to identify assessment strategies, develop an implementation plan, and curate data collection instruments.

Thanks to the intention and compassion of Emilia and Ceily we were able to define what mattered to us and learn the best ways to measure it, while keeping our team and the people impacted by our work centered in the process. I am excited to say that we gained tangible tools and curated protocols, in addition to wise confidantes through this journey.
